About Us
What do we do?
We specialise in bespoke, made to measure boat covers in your local area. We offer winter also servicing for Sails and covers, including cleaning, repairing, reproofing of covers, alterations and UV strips for sails.
In addition to the array of services we offer above, we also have our brand new online store available for you to browse and purchase canvas products. All of our covers on our website are made to order. Please allow an estimated 3 weeks for delivery.
Who we are...
We are a family business run by Dave & Sharron, their two sons Matthew and Jason and Jason's partner Millie. Dave and Sharron have been running Covercare since 1995, Matthew had turned one year old when the business started and after a stint in the Catering industry, he joined us in 2015. Matt is our marine upholstery specialist, and very capable cover maker. Jason was previously a Chef, but became an employment casualty of Covid and joined us at the beginning of 2021, he has already become a very proficient sewing machinist and cover cutter. Millie joined us in July 2022 as our Admin Assistant, Receptionist and Trainee Machinist.
